Prepayment of Legal Fees Required

PLEASE NOTE we require advance payment of legal fees. For flat-rate consultation packages and flat-rate legal services, payment is requested at the time of service. For all other matters, we require a retainer deposit to secure advance payment.

We accept checks, money orders, and major credit cards.

Engagement Agreement Policy

By policy, we require a signed Engagement Agreement for all clients whose legal services are expected to exceed $1,000.00.
