Prior to earning his law degree and practicing in the litigation group at a premier firm in Washington, D.C., Adam studied cinematography and worked in the film industry. • Defending two individuals wrongfully accused of violations of the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act against nonprofit organization they formerly founded
• Defended publishing imprint against false allegations of defamation by author, resulting in plaintiff dismissing case with prejudice on eve of client’s anti-SLAPP filing
• Defended employer against false allegations of racial and sexual harassment by former employee, resulting in total victory on summary judgment
• Drafted anti-SLAPP motion for a three-decade global music superstar to strike defamation claims from baseless lawsuit
• Successfully mediated copyright dispute between an architectural firm and an engineer with favorable result for client
• Successfully settled defamation dispute between a musician and a television producer with a resolution acceptable to all parties

• Served as production legal counsel to independent film shooting in Orlando and Miami, Florida, including securing a distribution deal for the film
